The clinical director will be a qualified RN responsible for overseeing the day to day clinical operations and quality of clinical care of multiple clinics.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting patents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, helping patients with financial assistance when needed, and multiple other clerical duties related to this administrative support position.
The LVN is responsible for providing direct patient care, including obtaining vital signs, administering injections, immunizations, and medications, and assisting providers with exams, procedures, and overall patient flow. The LVN performs patient intake, documents medical histories, and maintains accurate electronic health records. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on medications, treatment plans, and preventive care, coordinating referrals and follow-up care, and maintaining infection control and clinic safety standards. This position requires prior clinical experience and bilingual communication skills. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays required.

The Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate customer service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, addressing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high call volume while ensuring a positive patient experience.
