The clinical director will be a qualified RN responsible for overseeing the day to day clinical operations and quality of clinical care of multiple clinics.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting patents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, helping patients with financial assistance when needed, and multiple other clerical duties related to this administrative support position.
The Community Outreach / Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building strong relationships within the community to promote our medical services and expand patient engagement. This role develops and implements outreach strategies, coordinates events, maintains partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations, and supports marketing initiatives to increase awareness of our services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting patients with quality healthcare resources. This position requires occasional evening and weekend availability to support community events and outreach activities.

The Call Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate customer service. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, addressing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high call volume while ensuring a positive patient experience.
