The Health Center of Southeast Texas is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Livingston, Cleveland, Liberty, Shepherd, Terrenos, Plum Grove, and Dayton.

We provide professional, comfortable, and affordable health care to all of Southeast Texas. From primary care and pediatrics to women's health and laboratory services, our health center covers a wide range of services to meet your healthcare needs.
